IMS & ERP Platform

Cin7 Omni is your
inventory hub. Let it act like one.

Cin7 Omni manages your inventory, orders, production and B2B in one platform — but only delivers on that promise if every surrounding system feeds it correctly and responds in time. Supply Lens connects Cin7 Omni inbound and outbound, across every channel, warehouse and finance system you use.

How Cin7 Omni fits your stack

Inbound from commerce.
Outbound to fulfilment and finance.

Cin7 Omni sits in the middle of your operation. Supply Lens makes sure everything flowing into it is clean and structured, and everything flowing out of it reaches the right system at the right time.

Inbound flows
Orders from your storefronts, marketplaces and wholesale channels, plus retailer purchase orders from EDI networks, all land in Cin7 Omni as correctly structured sales orders without manual intervention.

What Supply Lens handles

Six core flows.
All the complexity handled.

The data flows that matter most for a Cin7 Omni operation, and the specifics that make each one difficult to get right without the right integration layer.

Sales order creation
Shopify, WooCommerce, Faire and EDI orders become correctly structured Cin7 Omni sales orders, with customer resolved, SKUs matched, tax applied, price tier applied and shipping handled — regardless of the source channel.

Stock sync (outbound)
Available inventory from Cin7 Omni updates your storefronts and marketplaces. Channel-specific availability rules applied: single or multi-warehouse, wholesale vs DTC allocation, or fulfilment-method-based logic.

Where integrations typically break

Cin7 Omni is powerful. The surrounding
systems don't always cooperate.

The common failure points in Cin7 Omni integrations, and how Supply Lens handles them before they become operational problems.

Our Shopify SKUs don't match Cin7 Omni product codes and the sync fails immediately.

Supply Lens maintains a cross-reference layer between Shopify variant SKUs and Cin7 Omni product codes. You define the mapping once — or we build it from your data — and it persists through every order, every stock update and every product sync. Mismatches are caught, logged and flagged rather than silently failing.

Cin7 Omni has multiple price tiers but our Shopify orders keep landing at the wrong price.

Cin7 Omni's price tier system is one of its most useful features — and one of the most common sources of integration errors. Supply Lens applies the correct price tier at the point of sales order creation, derived from the customer type, the source channel, or any rule you define. DTC orders get retail pricing, B2B and Faire orders get the correct wholesale tier, and the Cin7 Omni sales order reflects the right price from the moment it's created.

We have product variants and bundles in Cin7 Omni and nothing handles them properly.

Cin7 Omni's variant and assembly structure needs explicit handling at the integration layer. Shopify variant IDs map to the correct Cin7 Omni product and attribute combination. Bundle SKUs sold through storefronts are exploded into their component lines before the Cin7 Omni order is created. Stock updates return at component level so your Cin7 inventory position stays accurate across assembled and unassembled stock.

Stock updates from Cin7 Omni keep hitting Shopify at the wrong frequency and we're getting API rate limit errors.

Supply Lens manages sync frequency intelligently. Stock changes are batched appropriately, rate limits are respected, and the sync continues without throttling errors or silent failures. Where Cin7 Omni has multiple warehouses, each warehouse's stock is handled independently and only the correct available-to-sell quantity reaches each Shopify location — not your total on-hand across all locations.
