Connect eBay to the systems
that run your business.

Supply Lens connects your eBay channel to ERP, WMS, and finance systems. Orders flow in, stock flows back, fulfilment updates flow out.

What Supply Lens handles

Three flows. All automated.

Orders in from eBay, inventory out to eBay, fulfilment updates back to buyers. Supply Lens handles all three without manual steps.

Order automation
eBay orders become sales orders in your ERP or WMS automatically. eBay item IDs mapped to your internal SKUs. Customer records resolved. No re-keying.

Inventory synchronisation
Available stock from your ERP or WMS flows back to your eBay listings. Quantities update when inventory moves, so you stop overselling and stop manually adjusting eBay stock.

Fulfilment & tracking
When an order is dispatched from your ERP or 3PL, Supply Lens marks the eBay order as shipped and pushes the carrier tracking number back to eBay. The buyer is notified automatically.

Where things get complicated

eBay works differently.
Supply Lens handles the differences.

eBay's data model is not the same as a direct commerce platform. Item IDs, order structures, and fulfilment flows all need specific handling.

Our eBay item IDs don't match our internal SKUs at all. Every order needs manual lookup.

Supply Lens maintains a configurable cross-reference table between eBay item IDs (and variation specifics) and your ERP product codes. The mapping is applied automatically on every incoming order. No manual lookup needed.

eBay says we have stock, our ERP says we don't. We've had three oversells this month.

Inventory sync runs from your ERP or WMS as the single source of truth. Quantities push to eBay listings on a defined schedule or trigger. When stock reaches zero in the ERP, the eBay listing quantity updates before the next order can be placed.

We need tracking numbers back in eBay within a few hours of dispatch or we get a late shipment defect.

Fulfilment events from your ERP or 3PL trigger an immediate update to eBay. The carrier code and tracking number are mapped and pushed so the order is marked shipped within minutes of dispatch confirmation, well inside eBay's handling time window.

We sell the same product on eBay and Shopify. When one sells out the other still shows available.

Supply Lens syncs inventory from the same ERP source to both channels. A sale on either platform decrements the shared stock pool. eBay and Shopify quantities stay aligned without running separate sync processes for each channel.
