Connect Virtual Stock to the systems
that run your business.

Supply Lens connects your Virtual Stock supplier account to ERP, WMS, and finance systems. Retailer orders flow in, stock and products flow out, fulfilment confirmations return to the platform.

Built for Virtual Stock suppliers. Virtual Stock is used by major UK retailers including John Lewis, ASDA, Argos, Robert Dyas, Ryman, and Wilko to manage their supplier dropship network. Supply Lens connects to the Virtual Stock API on your behalf as a supplier, so retailer orders flow into your systems without you logging into the portal to process them manually.
What Supply Lens handles

Four flows. All automated.

Retailer orders in, stock and products out, fulfilment confirmed back to Virtual Stock. Supply Lens handles all four without manual steps between systems.

Order automation
Retailer orders arriving through Virtual Stock become sales orders in your ERP or WMS automatically. Virtual Stock product codes are cross-referenced to your internal SKUs. Retailer and order references are preserved so every order is traceable back to the platform.

Stock synchronisation
Available inventory from your ERP or WMS flows back to your Virtual Stock offer quantities. Stock levels update when inventory moves, keeping retailers informed of your current availability and preventing orders being placed against stock you don't hold.

Product & catalogue sync
Your product data flows from the ERP to your Virtual Stock supplier catalogue. Pricing, descriptions, and availability kept in sync without maintaining a separate spreadsheet for each retail partner. New products pushed to the platform from a single source.

Fulfilment & tracking
When an order is dispatched from your ERP or 3PL, Supply Lens marks the Virtual Stock order as shipped with the carrier and tracking number. The retailer is notified through the platform automatically, keeping you compliant with each retailer's fulfilment window requirements.

Where things get complicated

Virtual Stock adds a layer
between you and the retailer.
Supply Lens handles it.

Supplying through Virtual Stock means dealing with retailer-specific product codes, fulfilment deadlines, and stock expectations that don't map directly to your ERP without an integration layer.

Each retailer on Virtual Stock has its own product codes. None of them match our internal SKUs.

Supply Lens maintains a cross-reference table between Virtual Stock retailer product identifiers and your ERP item codes. The mapping is applied at order import so every incoming order arrives in your system with the right product reference, regardless of which retailer placed it or what code they used.

We're missing fulfilment windows because we don't see Virtual Stock orders until someone logs in to check.

Supply Lens polls the Virtual Stock API on a defined schedule and imports new orders into your ERP automatically. No portal login required. Orders arrive in your system promptly and fulfilment events are confirmed back to Virtual Stock as soon as dispatch is recorded — keeping you within each retailer's window.

Our stock levels on Virtual Stock are always out of date. Retailers keep trying to order things we don't have.

Stock levels sync from your ERP to Virtual Stock offer quantities on a scheduled basis. When a product goes out of stock in your ERP, the offer is updated on the platform before the next retailer order can be placed against it. You control the sync frequency and can set buffer quantities per retailer if needed.

Adding a new product to Virtual Stock means updating a spreadsheet and uploading it manually to the platform.

Product data from your ERP flows out to your Virtual Stock supplier catalogue. New products added to the ERP are pushed to the platform automatically under defined rules. Pricing and availability follow the same route, removing the manual upload step entirely.
