Common questions

What counts as an integration?
An integration is a directional data flow between two systems, for example Shopify orders into Unleashed, or Unleashed stock back to Shopify. Bi-directional flows between the same two platforms count as one integration.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you're happy, you move to your chosen plan and the subscription starts. If not, you can cancel with no charge. We'll export your configuration so nothing is lost.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. You can upgrade immediately and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
What if my order volume exceeds the plan limit?
We'll flag it before it becomes an issue. You can upgrade your plan, or we'll agree a one-off overage rate. We won't cut off your integration without warning.
Are one-off builds included in the subscription?
No. Bespoke connector builds, workflow apps, and major new customisations are scoped and priced separately. Once built, the ongoing hosting and monitoring is covered by your subscription.
How does pricing work for one-off services?
Each project is different, so we scope everything before quoting. Once we understand what you need, we'll give you a clear fixed price. No open-ended billing, no surprises mid-project.
