Where things get complicated

Shopify is brilliant.
The edges are where connectors break.

Most off-the-shelf connectors fall over the moment your operation gets specific. Supply Lens is built for the messy middle.

We have different SKUs on Shopify than in our ERP. Every sync breaks.

Supply Lens maintains a configurable cross-reference table between Shopify variant IDs and ERP product codes. Mismatches are caught, logged, and flagged. They don't silently corrupt your orders.

Our Shopify Plus store has B2B and DTC customers — they can't go into the same ERP account.

Customer routing is a first-class setting. Define the strategy once: one generic account, per-customer, per-company, or channel-based rules. Works correctly from day one.

Shipping lines, gift cards, and discount codes break everything downstream.

Non-stock lines are handled explicitly. Shipping maps to your ERP delivery charge code, gift cards become payment adjustments, discounts apply at line or order level, all configurable.

We use three warehouses and Shopify inventory needs to reflect the right location.

Multi-location warehouse mapping is built in. Each Shopify location maps to one or more ERP or WMS warehouse sources. Available quantity reflects your fulfilment rules accurately.

Getting started

Most Shopify integrations
are live in 2 days.

No months-long projects. No enterprise procurement cycles. You give us what we need, we configure and test. You go live.

What you need to provide
  • Shopify API credentials (partner access or private app)
  • ERP / WMS credentials and warehouse list
  • SKU alignment — or a mapping file if codes differ
  • Customer account strategy decision (DTC, B2B, or per-company)
  • Tax treatment and shipping line preferences
  • A handful of sample orders to validate against
