Integration

Shopify to
Enterpryze

Shopify drives the storefront. Enterpryze runs the business. Supply Lens bridges them: orders flow in, stock flows back, and your ERP stays the authoritative record without anyone touching it manually.

Optional Flows

Switch on what you need.

Beyond the core order flow, Supply Lens can activate additional sync layers depending on how you use Enterpryze.

Product & Price Sync

Push product data and pricing from Enterpryze into Shopify on a schedule or trigger, keeping your catalogue and price lists aligned without manual exports.

Multi-Warehouse Logic

Route stock availability by warehouse and apply channel-specific allocation rules per product or order type.

Refunds & Cancellations

Shopify refunds and cancellations handled with configurable credit note and stock reversal logic in Enterpryze.

B2B / DTC Channel Separation

Different customer strategies, document series, and routing rules for wholesale vs retail, both handled within a single integration.

Order Tag & Channel Routing

Route orders to different Enterpryze document series, warehouses, or customer accounts based on Shopify order tags or sales channel.

Manual Sync Mode

Trigger syncs manually as well as automatically, which is useful for migrations, testing, or reviewing orders before they hit the ERP.

Configuration

Configured for your
ERP, not against it.

Enterpryze has its own structure for customers, items, documents, and stock. Supply Lens maps to those rules, with every setting reflects the way your instance is actually configured.

1

Order trigger rules

Choose which Shopify order statuses trigger import: paid orders, tagged orders, or channel-specific rules per sales channel.

2

Customer account strategy

Single generic account, one per customer, or one per company, matched to your Enterpryze customer structure and numbering.

3

SKU & warehouse mapping

Shopify SKUs mapped to Enterpryze item codes. Warehouse and stock location rules applied per product or channel.

4

Tax, shipping & document settings

Tax treatment, shipping line handling, document series, and reference fields all configured to match your Enterpryze setup.

Edge Cases Handled

The messy bits
are covered.

Real-world integrations break on the edge cases. Supply Lens handles them so you don't have to.

"A Shopify SKU doesn't exist in Enterpryze — the order can't be created."

Unrecognised item codes are caught before the order is submitted. They go to an exception queue with the full order context. Nothing is dropped silently. You get a clear notification to resolve and re-trigger.

"We need different document series for B2B wholesale and DTC retail."

Document series and customer routing are configured separately per channel. B2B orders run through a completely different series to DTC, both handled within the same integration without interfering with each other.

"Tax rates in Shopify don't map cleanly to how we've configured tax in Enterpryze."

Tax treatment is mapped explicitly at the Supply Lens layer. Shopify values are translated into the correct Enterpryze tax codes rather than passed through as raw figures. No mismatch, no manual correction.

"Some orders need to go to our main warehouse, others to a secondary location."

Warehouse routing rules are applied per order, by product, order tag, channel, or postcode zone. Mixed orders with lines going to different locations are handled correctly at the line level.
