ERP & IMS Platform

Unleashed is your
operational hub. Let it act like one.

Unleashed is built to be the operational source of truth, but only if every surrounding system feeds it correctly and responds in time. Supply Lens connects Unleashed inbound and outbound, across every channel, warehouse, and finance system you use.

How Unleashed fits your stack

Inbound from commerce.
Outbound to fulfilment and finance.

Unleashed sits in the middle of your operation. Supply Lens makes sure everything flowing into it is clean and structured, and everything flowing out of it reaches the right system at the right time.

Inbound flows
Orders from your storefronts and marketplaces, plus retailer purchase orders from EDI networks, all land in Unleashed as correctly structured sales orders without manual intervention.

Unleashed as the hub
Stock levels, product data, customer records, pricing, and fulfilment state all live in Unleashed. Supply Lens keeps every surrounding system aligned with what Unleashed holds as truth.

Outbound flows
Dispatch events go to storefronts. Tracking numbers reach customers. Invoices land in your finance system. Warehouse orders reach your 3PL. All triggered by events in Unleashed.

What Supply Lens handles

Six core flows.
All the complexity handled.

The data flows that matter most for an Unleashed operation, and the specifics that make each one difficult to get right without the right integration layer.

Sales order creation
Shopify, WooCommerce, or EDI purchase orders become correctly structured Unleashed sales orders, with customer resolved, SKUs matched, tax applied, and shipping handled.

Where integrations typically break

Unleashed is powerful. The surrounding
systems don't always cooperate.

The common failure points in Unleashed integrations, and how Supply Lens handles them before they become operational problems.

Our Shopify product codes don't match Unleashed product codes. Sync fails immediately.

Supply Lens operates a cross-reference layer between Shopify variant SKUs and Unleashed product codes. You define the mapping once, or we build it from your data, and it persists through every sync.

Unleashed stock updates are hitting Shopify every few minutes and hammering the API rate limit.

Supply Lens manages sync frequency intelligently. Stock changes batch correctly, rate limits are respected, and the sync keeps running without throttling errors or silent failures.

We have assemblies and kits in Unleashed — and no connector handles them properly.

Assembly and kit scenarios need explicit handling. Supply Lens configures component-level stock rules, BOM awareness, and production-linked order flows so assemblies don't break your stock accuracy.

We have two Unleashed environments for two entities and orders need to flow between them automatically.

Intercompany flows between Unleashed entities are a supported pattern. Sales orders in entity A create purchase orders in entity B. References are preserved. Product mapping is applied where codes differ.
