Volume can spike without warning. Supply Lens handles the awkward cases before they turn into refunds and bad reviews.
Stock levels sync back to Yumbles on a short cycle, with an optional buffer holding a safety margin per product. When stock runs low the listing is updated before the next order lands, so you sell what you can actually ship.
Split despatches are handled individually. Each parcel creates its own tracking record against the Yumbles order, so the buyer sees every shipment rather than a single partial update.
SKU mapping is resolved at the Supply Lens layer. Yumbles product codes are matched to your ERP items once, so orders arrive ready to pick without anyone renaming products by hand.
Cancellations and refunds flow straight through. The matching order is updated or unwound in your ERP and the stock released, so your numbers stay correct without a manual clean-up.
Supply Lens handles the connection and mapping. You provide access to Yumbles and your ERP, then confirm the SKU and carrier details.
